1. Wholesale Transactions

Due to the nature of wholesale operations, all B2B sales are generally final unless products are received damaged or materially different from the invoice description.

2. Damages & Defects

Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence and the packing slip to ceo@azamjon.shop.

3. Marketplace Returns

For end-consumers purchasing via marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), the return policy of the specific marketplace applies. We adhere strictly to marketplace platform policies regarding consumer returns.

4. Restocking

Approved returns for reasons other than damage may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus shipping costs.
