3. Inventory & Liability

All inventory is sourced from verified U.S. distributors. Title passes upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise negotiated in specific wholesale agreements.

4. Compliance

Partners must adhere to all applicable U.S. laws regarding trade and commerce. We reserve the right to terminate relationships for non-compliance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
